| Historical Architecture reveals that most early dwellings were round due to circular structures being geometrically stronger. |

Today, the circular home offers even greater structural integrity
when constructed with engineered roof and floor trusses.

Deltec began with one of the most unique, yet time-proven design concepts in history: the circular building.
Adding ingenuity and workmanship to create a world-renowned structure, Deltec has removed the hard part of the construction of a circular house. |

The pre-built exterior wall panels, roof and floor systems are precision-cut, allowing Nature's Escapes to erect and enclose a home within days versus weeeks or months. The heart of the Deltec circular home is their self-supporting roof system. Because there are no load-bearing walls on the inside of the home, you can design a custom floor plan with little limitations. |
| Deltec's roof and floor trusses radiate back to the center of the home, much like spokes on a wheel. This "radial engineering" disperses wind pressure, reducing the potential of wind damage. Gulf-Coast homes built with Deltec's shell systems proved their structural strength by withstanding the forces of Hurricane Katrina while surrounding homes were destroyed. |

| The rigidity of the radial spokes provides structural integrity even in the event of ground movement due to earthquakes. |
